OSR Report Designer for reporting
In OSR Report Designer you create customized reports with simple drag-and-drop functionality. The product is 100 % integrated with the underlying ERP system, making fields and tables accessible in a user-friendly manner.
OSR Report Designer is integrated with Microsoft Excel, giving you access to all OSR Report Designer functionality in addition to all Excel features. This combination provides a unique, versatile and powerful reporting tool, where you build your reports exactly as you want them. The only limitation is your imagination! You can build reports based on multiple dimension (projects, sub-projects, activities), create your own drill-down definitions, compare data from different periods, combine visual presentations with numbers, etc.
Reports are designed mainly using drag-and-drop functionality, which makes it easy to create even the most advanced reports very quickly. During the report design process you can check that the report retrieves data as expected, since you have a live connection to the database at all times.
It is also possible to create group reports that contain consolidated data, and integrate your own business logic, taking into account intercompany transactions and eliminations. In OSR Report Designer you can also create multi-company reports even without a group structure, allowing for combined data from multiple companies in one report.
Formatted reports can be directly uploaded to the web, via ORS Portal. End users are granted access to reports through folder structures, and run reports live with direct access to real-time data from the ERP system.
