We also register some information which regards the use of our website and services for the purpose of improving the quality of our services and in order to detect and prevent security threats and abuse. This is technical information such as IP-addresses and browser type and is collected by use of cookies and similar technologies, cf. chapter 10 below. This information cannot be directly linked to you as an individual and will be used solely for the purposes described in chapter 1 above.

Onestop Reporting does not share information about customers with any third party, save for cases where disclosure is required by law or we are instructed by a public authority.

If we use sub-contractors to process personal data on our behalf, we make sure they commit themselves to adhere to this privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation through signing a data processing agreement.

If a sub-contractor is established outside the EU/EEA area, we will enter into an agreement with that sub-contractor or rely on a similar mechanism ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Onestop Reporting is commited to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other deviant processing of personal data. We utilize reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures and measures to safeguard personal data, including principles of data protection by default and by design:

  • Personal data is stored in secure operating environments that are only accessible to Onestop Reporting employees and sub-contractors on a need-to-know basis.

We store personal data as long as we find this necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, while also taking into account our need to answer queries or resolve problems and to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us.

If you choose to delete your account, the account will remain in-active for maximum six months before it is deleted from our systems. Payment information is stored for as long as required by Norwegian accounting law.

You may as well request that we delete personal data about you. We will comply with such request if the request is reasonably founded and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You may at any time send us a request for a copy of your personal data that we have registered with us and/or request that we correct any inaccuracies in your personal data. You have the right at any time to opt-out of receiving market communications from us. Please make use of the opt-out mechanism included in each communication or contact us at support@onestopreporting.com.

We use cookies on our websites. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer when you visit our websites. Cookies help us identify your computer so that we can tailor your user experience. They also help us observe how our visitors use our web pages, and they enable us to design more usable pages and useful content.

On onestopreporting.com, we use first party cookies, third party cookies and third party requests.

First party cookies are cookies set by us and can only be read by our site. By default, first-party cookies are allowed in every web browser. If you disable first-party cookies, a web site cannot keep track of your activity as you move from page to page. Onestopreporting.com uses two types of first party cookies: PHP and WordPress (log-in functionality).

Third party cookies are set by third parties, mainly advertising networks. These cookies get re-read during a visit on other sites if they do business with these companies as well. Onestopreporting.com uses WPML for multi-language functionality, WPLC for chat functionality and advertising functionality from Facebook.

Third party requests are made from a user to an external service. Despite the fact that these requests don’t set any cookies, they can still transfer information to third parties. Onsetopreporting.com uses Google Analytics – a common tool for website analysis – which works through third party requests.

You may block or manage cookies in the settings of your web browser. Note that blocking cookies might stop our website from functioning properly.

We may modify this privacy policy from time to time. The applicable version will always be found here. If we make changes that significantly alter our privacy practices, we will notify you by email or post a notice on our websites prior to the changes taking effect.

If you disagree with anything in this privacy policy or otherwise with the way we process personal data, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
