Note that if you buy products or services from one of our retailers, that particular retailer will be responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with the purchase.
OneStop Reporting process personal data for the following purposes:
- order processing
- customer service
- customer communications related to the services ordered
- in other cases where we need to know who we are in contact with
- improve the quality of our products, services and homepage
- detect and prevent security threats and perform maintenance and debugging
- prevent abuse of our programs and services
We process personal data only when there is a legal basis for such processing. We process personal data in order to be able to deliver our products and services and for the administration of customer relationships. We may as well use personal data if such use serves a legitimate interest and this interest is not overridden by the privacy interests of our customers. For purposes not encompassed by the above, we will ask for your consent prior to processing.
We collect personal data first and foremost directly from you when you create an account with us or order one or more of our products or services.
OneStop Reporting processes the types of personal data necessary to fulfill the purposes listed in chapter 1. When ordering a product or service from us, we register a name, phone number, and e-mail address of the customer contact person ordering the service in addition to the company name and company address. We need this information in order to deliver the service and for the administration of the customer relationship. This information might be processed subsequently for other legitimate purposes, such as in connection with customer service, service related customer communications or in other cases where we need to know who we are in contact with, cf. chapter 1 above.
OneStop Reporting does not share information about customers with any third party, save for cases where disclosure is required by law or we are instructed by a public authority.
If a sub-contractor is established outside the EU/EEA area, we will enter into an agreement with that sub-contractor or rely on a similar mechanism ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
OneStop Reporting is committed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other deviant processing of personal data. We utilize reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures and measures to safeguard personal data, including principles of data protection by default and by design:
- Registered users must verify their identity (login ID and password) to access or make changes to their account.
- Transactions are encrypted by use of industry-standard technology.
- Personal data is stored in secure operating environments that are only accessible to Onestop Reporting employees and sub-contractors on a need-to-know basis.
We store personal data as long as we find this necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, while also taking into account our need to answer queries or resolve problems and to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us.
If you choose to delete your account, the account will remain in-active for maximum six months before it is deleted from our systems. Payment information is stored for as long as required by Norwegian accounting law.
You may as well request that we delete personal data about you. We will comply with such request if the request is reasonably founded and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
You may at any time send us a request for a copy of your personal data that we have registered with us and/or request that we correct any inaccuracies in your personal data. You have the right at any time to opt-out of receiving market communications from us. Please make use of the opt-out mechanism included in each communication or contact us at email@example.com.

First party cookies are cookies set by us and can only be read by our site. By default, first-party cookies are allowed in every web browser.
